About the company
At Mindshare, we define media as the space where content, people and technology meet. This space is continually evolving – driven by innovation in tech, increasing data intelligence and an open, collaborative, creative culture. To succeed in this space, we believe that brands and businesses need to be both adaptive and inventive. So we need adaptive and inventive people. People who can connect data, technology and content to create experiences for consumers that are better integrated, more natural, more useful, more influential and more effective. People who ask not just how we should respond to change - but how we can make change happen. We call this inventing the Future of Media.
Why work for us?
Mindshare is a business committed to constant transformation - to challenging ourselves to do better and go further. It’s an exciting way of working, if at times a little scary too... But some things are constant. We look after our people. We develop their talents and support their career ambitions. We work hard, have fun and make new friends. If you join us, you will be able to make a difference from day one. You’ll be surrounded by inspiration, in our amazing offices in the heart of London. We’ll help you fast-track your career, we’ll look after your wellbeing and we’ll help you to help others.
Some of our Projects
PROJECT VIRTUAL ASSISTANT
Working in partnership with external experts such as Dr Chris Brauer from Goldsmiths University, we’ve explored many emerging communications opportunities, including a blueprint for the virtual assistant of the future, designing what it will do, how we will interact with it, and where its boundaries lie.
JAGUAR FEEL WIMBLEDON
We put biometric sensors all over this year’s tournament – even as wearables on members of the crowd – to gauge spectator sentiment. A large team of data and social analysts, creatives, designers, animators, journalists and editors spent their every waking moment in the Loop Room analysing, interpreting and visualising the stories that were captured by 45M data points a day.
Mindshare’s flagship festival of ideas, collaboration and entrepreneurship. Last year we welcomed Buzzfeed’s Jonah Peretti, rugby legend Sir Clive Woodward, QI elf Stevyn Colgan, the Game of Thrones Cast and global computer hacker Chema Alonso to debate what it means to be human in this digital age.
