Sales Executive

About the role

We’re looking for an energetic, outgoing young sales executive, keen to take a leading role with an exciting new IT startup in the corporate information security space. Must be technically literate and a fast learner, able to understand and communicate our value proposition to potential customers. Must be a proficient and prolific networker, able to discover and deliver sales opportunities from social and business contacts. Must have strong ideas about how to design and execute an IT product sales strategy. Ideally will already have a considerable network of past customers and contacts ready for engagement. Must be excited and motivated by taking a stock-holding leadership role in an exciting new venture, and passionate about building and sharing in our success!

Responsible for cultivating sales leads, networking, marketing coordination and converting leads into sales. Working closely with the CEO and Marketing team to spearhead our direct market presence and customer sales. This is an exciting opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an exciting new IT startup with a massive growth future!


  • Meet with CEO / Marketing to discuss open leads and coordinate market messaging
  • Pursue open leads, sales calls, customer meetings
  • Oversee transition of completed sales to delivery teams
