In London, we power the communications and platforms for some of the UK’s most adopted and recognised heritage brands including Premier Inn, Virgin Active, English Premier League, British Library and Bentley.

Xbox CRM programme
We work closely with Xbox to deliver strategy and campaigns from conception through to broadcast and reporting. We currently implement eCRM campaigns across the whole of the customer lifecycle to drive connection, acquisition to gold, retention, engagement and advocacy.
The Bentley Inspirator
We created the next generation car configurator: The Bentley Inspirator app is an immersive brand experience to complement a more functional configuration experience. We utilised innovative technology and rich storytelling that intrigues fans and prospects alike about the rich and deep world of a commissioned Bentley. At the heart of this native iOS app experience is an interactive film. One that immerses you, and unfolds based on your reactions to a non-linear visual journey. Emotion Recognition software uses the font camera of your iOS device to map your face and takes readings of 200 minute facial movements. This reads your reactions to the film and reveals not only a unique film narrative, but also becomes the inspiration behind an intelligently curated Bentley. This unique configuration recommendation gives you a starting point for you to then truly personalise and make your Bentley your own.
Virgin Active Digital Platform
With the new Virgin Active Website, app and digital platform, our mission was not only to rapidly build a digital infrastructure that would allow them to provide a whole new realm of basic digital services to their members, but to leapfrog the industry standard as a whole and become a leader in the digital fitness space amongst the likes of Nike and Under Armour. In record time, we’ve launched a beautiful state of the art website, that takes a mobile and tablet first approach, and is full of new rich video content. We’ve seamlessly integrated with their existing and ever-evolving booking, membership and data systems and we’ve also released a new members app on iOS, that allows for class booking on the go.
