Play your day
To get the most out of your day at Digital Careers Show, it’s best to plan.
We’ve split the day into two halves to make sure you get maximum time with the people you want to speak to and hear from.
Slot 1: 9am-1pm is tailored to sixth-form and secondary schools. If you’re looking for apprenticeships, specialist further education courses, or to get some inspiration for the types of companies you want to work for in the future, this is the slot for you.
Slot 2: 1pm-6pm is aimed towards final year university students, graduates and people looking for their 1st or 2nd job. All exhibitors are actively recruiting so this is the perfect opportunity to get to know a company face-to-face. First impressions count, put yourself forward!
Speakers and topics are relevant to the two time slots. Check out the full list above. See a company or a specific person you want to hear from? Make a note of the time slot and head over to the speaker summit area highlighted on the map!
TOP TIP: Make sure to look at the list of exhibitors, read their bio’s, and make a note of who you want to look for. Every exhibiting company has at least one vacancy – most have multiple. They want to hire you.
BONUS TIP (SHHH): Companies love to feel special. If you want to make an impression, do some research, know your stuff and head straight for that company. If you’re enthused about their brand and their work, they’ll remember you and are more likely to offer you a job.
